Hartron in line with the Indian Telegraph Rules 2016, has formulated a Communication & Connectivity Infrastructure policy for Haryana State on behalf of State Government. Hartron has been instrumental in making Haryana the first State for implementing a single window clearance system for grant of permissions of laying optical fiber and setting up of mobile towers in the State.
