HARTRON is playing an instrumental role in executing key IT projects, in close collaboration with HARYANA state Government, making the last-mile delivery of government services to the citizens a reality, through a variety of digital solutions. HARTRON endeavours to cater to ICT needs at all levels of government including state, districts, judiciary, and legislative layer. A large number of Government initiatives have been completely managed using digital platforms developed by HARTRON.
Our Key Projects
Invest Haryana (HEPC) is a Single Roof Clearance System that ensures a time-bound, hassle-free and transparent system of clearances to give the investors a one-stop solution for any service to enhance the ease of doing business in Haryana. It facilitates prospective investors to obtain regulatory clearances online through Haryana Enterprise Promotion Board under Empowered Executive Committee.
The Mukhya Mantri Parivar Samridhi Yojna (MMPSY) is a unique initiative of the Government of Haryana. The scheme, which is one of the largest social security programmes in the country, has been designed under the leadership of Hon’ble Chief Minister of Haryana, to secure the future of the underprivileged sectors of the society and a step towards universal Social Security by ensuring Life and Accidental Insurance for all EWS of Haryana along with assured Pension and Family Provident Fund for Farmers and Un-Organised workers of Haryana.
Mines and Geology Department Haryana is responsible for systematic development [exploration and exploitation] of the mineral resources in the State following the principles of sustainable development.
In its constant endeavor towards a transparent mechanism, the Government of Haryana has launched this single window platform for setting up retail outlets for the purpose of allotment of government land through a transparent E- auction mechanism, and also for purpose of grant of CLU in case of retail outlets proposed in private lands.
Grievance Redress And Monitoring System is an online web-enabled system developed by HARTRON. It is the platform based on web technology that primarily aims to enable the submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens to the concerned organization who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system-generated unique registration number.
HSIIDC Service Tracking Portal is for all the users and authorities of the corporation to track the record of their services provided to end-users.
The primary objective of Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP) is to create authentic, verified, and reliable data of all families in Haryana. PPP identifies each and every family in Haryana and keeps the basic data of the family, provided with the consent of the family, in a digital format.
The Corporation on behalf of the Department of Revenue & Disaster Management, Government of Haryana is in the process of Modernization of Revenue Records Rooms (MRRR) using latest innovative technologies at Tehsils, Sub-Tehsils & State HQs Chandigarh through a Service Provider. The process involves the operation and maintenance of infrastructure to be installed at MRRR for physical storage of Revenue records at District HQs and its conversion and storage into digital format. The MRRR is to be set up in the existing renovated facility of Revenue Department, O/o Deputy Commissioner, Mini Secretariats at each of the 22 District Head Quarters (HQs)/ Tehsils/ Sub-Tehsils, Haryana New Secretariat & Haryana Civil Secretariat at State Head Quarter (SHQ) Chandigarh
E-Office is a Mission Mode Project under NeGP is being implemented in the State of Haryana and Hartron is appointed as a State Nodal Agency for the implementation of eOffice Project in all the State Govt. Institutions (Departments / Boards / Corporations) including Deputy Commissioners Offices up to field level. On date: 31.03.2021, more than 28500 users of various State Govt. Departments & their related offices including Deputy Commissioner’s Offices are working on eOffice Application. They are sending their cases/files to their competent authority for approval/information through eOffice workflow mechanism only whereas more than 3000 users of various departments have been enrolled and their training on various modules like FMS, KMS, etc. are under process and they will be enrolled after preparation of their EMD.
The Corporation is a State Level Agency (SLA) for Election Department, Haryana and U.T., Chandigarh for all election-related jobs i.e. Preparation of Elector’s PVC EPIC, Preparation of Photo Electoral Roll and maintenance of Electoral Roll database, etc.
